I’ve spent my career leading transformation inside iconic media companies - from uniting national and local newsrooms at CBS into a streaming-first operation, to creating new brands and businesses from scratch at Disney. I’ve managed organizations generating billions in revenue, built teams that people want to be part of, and made hard calls when the moment demanded it.

Today, I advise media and technology ventures, speak on leadership under pressure, and write about what this moment demands of the people leading through it.
